Roncesvalles village is east of High Park and is home to a diverse community with different backgrounds. Known as Toronto’s Little Poland, this small community has grown to includes other cultures, while still maintaining its small-town village feel.
The real estate prices range from the mid-300s to 700s and consists of primarily Victorian and Edwardian detached, semi-detached and attached homes. These include two-storey, two-and-a-half storey and three-story homes. Characteristics include whimsical Victorian gables, columned front porches and nice interior wood trims. Parking can be found on the street or accessed via rear laneways.
