High Park

As one of the most desirable neighbourhoods to live in, High Park boasts the most beautiful homes in downtown Toronto.  The cost to live here reflects the high demand with real estate prices ranging from the high 400s to well over 1 million.

The homes here are situated on winding, tree-lined streets and consist of Victorian, Edwardian and Tudor-style homes.  Built mostly during the late 1800s and early 1900s, several of these homes have been divided into multiple family dwellings.

Developers have capitalized the High Park area with new condominium and loft developments which cater to a larger consumer base in terms of options.
