Designated Heritage Building in Earlscourt

Earlscourt is centred on St. Clair Avenue West, with Dufferin Street, Davenport Road, and Old Weston Road forming its boundaries.  Currently the community is divided into Corso Italia (east of Lansdowne Ave.) and St. Clair Gardens (west of Caledonia Park Ave).

The real estate here is relatively low priced ranging from the low 200s to the low 400s.  The homes are built with solid brick and consist of bungalows, semi-detached and detached configurations.  A yard in this neighbourhood is not common and  in the front you will find small fruit and vegetable gardens.  The houses here also known to have “cold cellars” or “cantinas” which is the Italian equivalent of a cold room.

Earlscourt Park is popular and comes equipped with several tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball diamond and an outdoor ice rink.
